Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: Stationery sets are packaged in a clear box with the Three Wheels Design label. Invitations are packaged in clear cellophane.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Each product is printed in-house and put together by my own loving hands. Your order will take up to 5-7 business days to design and print and another 2-3 days to arrive on your doorstep (by USPS) once it leaves the studio.
Q: What type of paper do you print your products on?
A: Products are digitally printed on 80 lb linen paper. It's classic, holds ink well, and feels good in your hands.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation email when my order is placed?
A: Absolutely! This will let you know that it has been successfully received and will allow me to share some important information with you.
Q: Will I be able to see my design before it's printed?
A: Yes! If you so indicate, I will send you a small .jpg version of your order within 48 hours. Please proof your design for correct spelling and grammar. The first round of revisions is included in the cost of the cards. Changes after that are billed accordingly. Please review carefully; once your order is printed, I cannot accept a return unless the error was mine.
Q: I just received my order and the colors look slightly different from the ones I saw online.
A: All computer monitors read colors differently, and there is a chance that the colors you view on your particular monitor will vary slightly from the printed ones you receive.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: Shipping is via the USPS. The flate rate cost for shipping is $5.00 no matter how much you order!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept the following major credit cards... Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All CC details are collected on our secure server for your protection.
Q: If I am unhappy with my order what should I do?
A: Contact me right away! I want all of my customers to be happy with my products. Happy customers are the best possible advertising. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product, please send me an email to returns@threewheelsdesign.com. I will either reprint them for you or refund your money, once the product is returned. If a refund is necessary, your product must be returned with 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for paying any shipping or packaging costs of returning the product in its original condition.
Q: Is there a minimum quantity for orders?
A: Personalized notecards are sold in boxes of 10. There is no minimum on invitations or announcements. Small party?Just order what you need!
Q: Does my order come with envelopes?
A: You bet. Each order comes with coordinating classic white envelopes.
Q: My order is a gift. Can you send it directly to the recipient?
A: Absolutely. If your order is a gift, I will include a gift message and email the receipt to you.
Q: Can I change the font on my order?
A: Funny you should ask! When searching for a font to use for my daughter's stationery, I discovered that not all Js are made the same. As a matter of fact, some look more like the letter I. Although I pride myself on matching fonts to the styles of each product, not every name looks great in every font. If you would like to use a font from another card that you see on the website, please let me know.
Q: I need my order rushed! Can you do it?
A: I will always try my best to get each order out in a timely manner, but these are original designs and each product is made to order.
Q: Oh no! I mistyped a name for a card, can I change it?
A: If you notice a mistake with your order, please email me at vicki@threewheelsdesign.com Remember, you will always have the opportunity to fix a mistake when you receive your proof.
Q: I'm fortunate enough to live in the tree-mendous state of Maryland. Are there any benefits for me?
A: Well, you have access to excellent crabs (or so I'm told by our seafood-loving friends), but unfortunately it means that your order will also include 5% sales tax. Residents of any other state in the union get their orders tax-free (I promise!).
